Who is responsible
Swiftellect is the studio name used for the games covered by this policy. For a particular game, the publisher and data controller is the person or legal entity identified as the developer or publisher in that game's applicable app-store listing, unless the listing identifies another legal entity. In this policy, “Swiftellect,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that publisher.
Scope
This policy applies to the mobile games in the game schedule below, related player support, and other Swiftellect games that link to this policy. It also describes this website. A game's schedule controls if it conflicts with a general statement in this policy.
App stores, operating-system providers, device manufacturers, advertising providers, and linked websites process information under their own privacy policies. Their independent practices are not controlled by this policy.
This website
This static website does not currently include accounts, contact forms, advertising, or custom analytics. Its hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, request details, security events, and similar server logs to deliver and protect the site. If we add nonessential cookies or analytics, we will update this policy and add any required choices before using them.
Information we process
Information you provide
- Support messages, your email address, and any files or details you choose to send.
- The game name, app version, device details, and troubleshooting information included in a request.
- Purchase or transaction references you provide when asking for help. Do not send full payment-card details.
Gameplay and local data
A game may store progress, settings, scores, rewards, tutorial state, and similar gameplay information locally on your device. Local data is not sent to us unless the game's schedule says otherwise or you include it in a support request.
Technical and diagnostic data
Depending on the released game and its enabled services, we or our service providers may process device type, operating-system and app version, language, coarse region derived from an IP address, network information, app interactions, timestamps, crash details, performance data, and pseudonymous identifiers such as an app-instance or advertising identifier.
Advertising data
A game that displays ads may allow its advertising provider to process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, ad views and interactions, diagnostics, consent status, and fraud-prevention signals. See the game schedule for the advertising service used by each released game.
Purchases
If a game later offers a purchase, the app store or payment provider processes payment credentials. We may receive a product identifier, transaction status, receipt or entitlement token, country, and similar records needed to deliver the purchase and prevent fraud. We do not receive full payment-card details from the app store.
Information not required to play
The current games do not require a Swiftellect account. We do not ask for your name, postal address, telephone number, contacts, precise location, government identifier, or payment-card number to play. If you contact support, your message may nevertheless contain personal information that you choose to provide.
How and why we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the games and website.
- Save progress and settings on your device and provide requested game features.
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
- Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, measure performance, and improve game balance and usability.
- Display, measure, limit, and protect advertising where a game contains ads.
- Verify purchases and deliver entitlements where a game offers them.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, and security incidents, and comply with law.
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on your consent, performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as operating, securing, and improving the games. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Advertising and privacy choices
Mazemorize contains advertising, including optional rewarded ads, and uses Google AdMob. Depending on your region, age treatment, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. A non-personalized ad can still use contextual, frequency-capping, reporting, security, and fraud-prevention data.
Where available, an in-app message or privacy-options control lets you make or revisit advertising choices. You can also manage the advertising settings made available by Android or your Google account. Blocking or resetting an advertising identifier does not necessarily stop all ads or all advertising measurement.
Learn more in Google's advertising information, Google's Privacy Policy, and Google Play's data-safety information.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, disclosures to advertising providers may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where those laws apply, use an available in-game privacy control or contact us to request help.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including support, security, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations. The exact period depends on the information and why it is processed.
- Local game data generally remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app, subject to device backups.
- Support records are kept while we handle the request and for a reasonable follow-up and recordkeeping period.
- Transaction records may be kept for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
- Advertising and platform providers apply their own retention periods.
We may retain a limited record after a deletion request when required by law or needed to document the request, protect security, prevent fraud, or establish legal claims. To request deletion of information we control, email us with the game name and the subject “Games Privacy — Deletion Request.” We may need to verify the request. Uninstalling a game does not delete information held independently by an app store or advertising provider.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Swiftellect and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Privacy protections can differ. Where required, the responsible party will use a recognized transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to a request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain advertising disclosures; or appeal a decision. You may also complain to the privacy or data-protection authority where you live.
Send a request to swiftellect@gmail.com with the game name, device platform, and the right you want to exercise. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or sensitive identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed. We may request proportionate information to verify that you are entitled to make the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where allowed by law.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly ask a child to submit personal information directly to Swiftellect. A store age rating describes content suitability and does not by itself determine a game's intended audience. If a released game is directed to or knowingly used by children, its services, advertising treatment, disclosures, and consent process must be configured for the applicable age and region.
A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information to us can email swiftellect@gmail.com with the subject “Child Privacy Request.” Please identify the game and describe the concern without sending additional information about the child.

We may update this policy when a game, provider, law, or data practice changes. We will post the revised policy here and change the “Last updated” date.
